Many baby loungers claim to be “non toxic” and “hypoallergenic,” yet they’re filled with synthetic polyfill, a type of plastic that inevitably off-gasses chemicals into the air your baby breathes. Some even add chemical treatments in an attempt to meet flame retardant stardards, introducing hidden toxins into your baby’s environment.
We knew there was a better way. Our loungers are designed with a breathable, structured shape that helps prevent positional asphyxiation and filled with carefully chosen organic materials that naturally protect against toxins so you can feel confident in a truly clean and safe choice.

Our lounger sides are designed to curve away from baby’s face to promote maximum air circulation. We chose to fill them with buckwheat hulls because they offer a gentle yet firm support, similar to a baby mattress. Their natural shape allows air to circulate freely, making them far more breathable than polyester or other synthetic fillings.
There is no padding behind the baby’s head to prevent positional asphyxia caused by chin-to-chest placement, slumping, or head elevation. This becomes especially important as babies grow and start to feel constrained in conventional loungers. Anything that forces a baby’s chin to their chest can make breathing difficult, which is extremely dangerous.
The gently contoured sides of our lounger provide support and stability around your baby’s torso, which may help reduce startling and promote a more relaxed state.
The center of the lounger is intentionally free of padding or filling, allowing you to place your baby on a firm, safe surface of your choice. Newborns should always be placed flat on their backs on a firm surface.
There is no padding at the feet to allow for unconstrained growth and freedom of movement. By keeping the entire body level and straight, we are able to help promote proper neck, spine and hip alignment which is ideal for overall development.
