Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Baydream Baby. Each order is packed with care from our small family-run shop in Southern California.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days.
During restocks, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If your order includes a preorder or made-to-order item, the full order will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave us, but carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at support@baydreambaby.com. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier.
Baydream Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Baydream Baby is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, and surrounding delivery areas.
If you need help filing a carrier claim, you can contact us at support@baydreambaby.com and we’ll help however we reasonably can.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@baydreambaby.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll review it and help find the best next step.
